TERMS
We accept Visa, & MasterCard. Your credit card number with exp. date must accompany your order. Payment is not charged to your card until the order is shipped. You may also prepay by check, we will contact you with shipping charges the day it ships. We do not ship COD.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel you may do so within 5 business days. We will no longer except any future orders with your company.

SHIPPING
All orders shipped in U.S., & Canada are shipped by UPS - FOB Struthers, Ohio.
If possible we can take your order to our next show, or you can pick it up in Ohio.
We are located between Pittsburgh, PA & Cleveland, OH (call for appointment).
Please allow on the average 2-4 weeks from the date we receive your order. Please have your order placed early prior to our busy season of Thanksgiving & Christmas.
All back orders must be re-ordered with your next order.

DAMAGES
Damages must be reported to our office within 5 business days of receipt of the order. Please do not refuse the package if it sounds broken, this will hold up your replacement.
