We have a $100.00 minimum on opening orders and re-orders.

TERMS
We accept Visa, & MasterCard. Your credit card number with exp. date must accompany your order. Payment is not charged to your card until the order is shipped. You may also prepay by check, we will contact you with shipping charges the day it ships. We do not ship COD.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel please do so within 3 days. This is a custom made product.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from Struthers, Ohio, USA. 
But, you can also pick up your order at our manufacturing plant.
We are located between Pittsburgh, PA & Cleveland, OH (call for appointment).
Please allow on the average 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your order. If you need your order shipped by a certain date, just e-mail us and let us know. 

DAMAGES AND MISSING PRODUCTS
Please report any damages or missing items to our office within two (2) business days of receipt of the order. Sorry, no exceptions will be made.
