A: On the average depending on how large the pictures are that you ordered, most shipping runs between 8-15%.
Keep in mind that textured orders are less money to ship becasue they are lighter than glass.
Q: Do your prints have glass or no glass textured look?
A: We offer both, for the same price. Our unique textured look outsells glass by 80% and saves on shipping.
Q: Does the price include print, frame, glass or textured, and the hanger put on for me?
A: Yes.
Q: Is your framed art made in America?
A: Yes. The molding, prints and every aspect of our product are all made in the U.S. We make the frames and put the prints together ourselves.
Q: What do I do when I receive damaged product?
A: Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please, let us know which item numbers are damaged. Claims must be filed within this time frame, please inspect your product as soon as it arrives.
